"I left a message here because the manager Heather, Was so rude to me that I couldn't speak, she always said something whenever I spoke and sent me out of the building. I'm the one who got hurt here and I'm a customer. and then you call the police. do you know what you are doing? I didn't do or say anything bad. again she's is very rude and disrespectful to talk to me. all I want to happen is to return what I paid the total amount I paid for my braces because my teeth were not even straightened, they only got worse. or at least half. and my Retainer and for my retainer warranty and give it in full. I'm begging you to give me the money I paid you so that I don't have to go to court to file a case against you. because how many times have you measured me for my retainer but you can't get the size of my retainers I almost lost my breath from what your employee did to me. Again I'm not coming back to you to measure my retainer again, I don't want to get hurt again or lose my breath And you always send me back when I come back for my retainer, you say it's wrong and then you say a lot alluby's I don't know if your dentists and the Orthodontist are licensed. and their helpers need more training. because I was hurt too much by what they did to me. and I don't want happened to another patient, what happen to me. I'm sorry but this is the truth they shouldn't be given even one star. But I have no choice because it's no zero."

"This place is literally a nightmare. It’s a joke that they’re still open. They be doing stuff and I’m sure they’re not in compliance they never have a doctor or hygienist. Always canceling my kids appointments last minute. Their staff is a whole bunch of little girls that don’t know what they be talking about half the time and the big girl that sits upfront is so disgustingly rude. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND BRING YOUR KIDS HERE."

"This place definitely needs some structure and professionalism. I got my braces here years ago and because of covid and the different orthodontists coming in and out my relationship lasted longer than I wanted with them. They never answer their phone, if they do no one ever knows what’s what, communication here is very poor. I actually feel bad for the staff bc I know they probably deal with a lot of frustrated customers. When there is an issue there isn’t anyone to really solve it. I prefer to work with Heather- she’s always nice and gives me realistic expectations. I pray my next visit is my last visit with them and that things get better at their office."

"My son had appointment for cleaning they canceled it. My two daughters had appointment for the next day it was canceled also but I did not know it was. They did not let me know so my kids missed school because of it. Not cool at all. This place needs to get it together."

"They're all great, but the wait time is terrible. We were there for 2 hours for an appointment I had at 2. I waited 1 hour to be seen, then when they took me back at 3, it took basically another hour to get my teeth cleaned at around 3:40. I finally got out at 4. There were several kids who needed to get their teeth cleaned before me, so I waited patiently. One kid who came way after me, though, got his teeth cleaned before mine, so I had to wait even longer. The only bad thing is the wait time. I think they just need more staff, like more dental hygienists and dentists. Bailey is VERY nice and the hygienists are too. I get that it's hard, and I do appreciate the effort. But the wait time needs to be fixed. I believe they overbook patients, so they end up having a lot of patients in a day or at a time."
