We have a high quality product with lots of features and upgrades. They walked us through all the options and hit the mark on delivery! They were honest and upfront about possibilities. It did take longer to complete than initially thought, due to supply chain issues beyond control. There was a lack of communication early on as we waited for our dig day (contract signed in Feb, dig day in May, completion in August) but all was worth the wait in the end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and our pool is beyond spectacular!! Be patient and understanding and you can have an honest builder provide an amazing pool!"
