"We had a long road trip and this stay by far was the best location we spent the night at. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional, the room was nice and clean and the Continental breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Great location & weekend rate. In town only 1 night but overall good stay. The decorative throw thing on lower half of bed top smelled unpleasant, but that was my only gripe...I just kept it on the floor. Convenient breakfast with multiple options for all. Would stay again if in town ."
"I stayed here two days and it was really nice! The employees at the front desk are so sweet and attentive. The inside and outside of the building is really nice and looks recently remodeled. "The best service and experience My second time check in BW Plus in Greenville, Still give me a good experience and surprise service. The stuffs are very friendly and kindness. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is spacious, fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron, I can't believe I paid for a two-star hotel and enjoyed it like a four-star hotel. It is worth mentioning that the hotel provides 24-hour coffee beverage service, there is my favorite vanilla mocha coffee and hot chocolate, free breakfast is very rich and intimate. There are shortcomings, such as elevator operation and the room's water pressure and sound insulation, but this is not enough to bring down the overall feeling. ( ps: I have worked and management experience in international five-star hotels, and graduated from hotel management. I believe my comments and suggestions will help you. )"
"My family and I had a great stay here! Service was great and everything was clean. Only cons I would say was that the bed was lumpy on one side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. I loved that they had detachable shower heads though. Made it easier to bathe my kids."
