"Turn of River condominiums is a 32 unit four story building on the edge of the Folly River and a short bridge walk to Folly Beach with its many restaurants, bars and shops and of course the beach and pier. The condos are mostly three bedroom and three bath units, mostly owner or long term renter occupied but there are several short term rentals available in the building. Each unit has a view of the River and you can watch sunrises out the front door and sunsets from the units screened porch. A short drive from downtown Charleston , these condos offer the best of both worlds. We give Turn of River five clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale"

"Four story condo high rise with amazing views of the folly river, with its paddle boarders, dolphins, and sailboats seining on anchor in the tides. 2c is appointed in a bright and beautiful motif. We are very pleased with our vacation condo folly beach"

"Furniture old and outdated...kitchen drawers had left over food crumbs. Black mold on outside of ac... Kitchen supplies look as though the came from multiple mismatched junk stores. Living room curtains removed with curtain rod brackets not removed. Coffee spilled over most of floor on screened porch...not moped up. Carts to transport your luggage to and from parking lot are old rusty shopping carts. Overall miserable week. I bought bleach to scrub the molded bathrooms... Overall dirty place!"
