"Best location I've been to so far. Ordered the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich in Medium (ate half before I took the pic). Food was fresh, store was clean, and service was great."

"Good food and friendly staff. The bathroom had no soap and trash on the floor. The drink dispenser was dirty with soda splashed all over the sides. I opted to avoid it and got sweet tea instead."

"My wife and I swung by on the way to the hotel. I've got to say, the food was seriously delicious. It was really that good. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly accommodating, no pickles. On the flip side, I couldn't help but notice that the floor was a bit on the dirty side, which was a minor downside. Despite that, I'm definitely considering a return visit for the delectable food and the exceptional service provided by the staff."

"This particular spot was so very rude when trying to place and order to go over the phone. I drove from Spartanburg all the way to Duncan and still was on hold to place and order. When i came by the store after being on hold, there were 2 cars in the parking lot. The food is decent, but the staff is way less than friendly. Probably won't eat there again bc the staff was so rude."

"Guess I won't go back to this location. Ordered pick-up off the app. NONE of my selections were on the sandwich. Selected wheat bread, got white. Selected no lettuce, got lettuce. Selected add green bell peppers, no peppers were added. Deli mustard was not even on the sandwich. As you can tell by the picture there is barely any meat, the puniest piece of tomato I've ever seen, & only one slice of onion. I'm a regular at Firehouse and know for a fact that this is NOT their standard. Very disappointed!"
