Marco's Pizza

"Ordered a large supreme pizza and there was at least a 2" ring of crust all the way around the pizza. Several areas on the pizza had little to no toppings. Very disappointed and will be a long time before I order from them again."

"I ordered a pizza with no sausage on half and no onion at all. The person taking the order made me repeat my order 5-6 times. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him 2 pizzas. He came home and asked why I ordered 2 pizzas. I told him I didn't. He was sitting right next to me when I placed our order. We looked at the 2 pizzas and neither one was our order. I looked at the paper attached to the box and neither pizza was what the order should be according to the order slip on the box. I called and told the young female that answered that we had 2 pizzas instead of the one I ordered. She casually said that she had messed up the order. I requested that they remake the pizza and deliver it to us and she said no. I asked for a refund (we paid cash) and she said no. She was very rude. I contracted their corporate office and the regional manager asked what happened and said they should have delivered the pizza. I told him how rude they were and he said he was going to that store the next day and would speak to them and have my refund waiting on me when I got their. Surprise! I went in and not one single person said they saw the manager and no one knew of my refund. Horrible service and managers that lie to you."

"I wish I could put a higher review…we’ve come 3-4 times with a positive experience. But be warned that their hours are not accurate. According to Google and website they close at 11pm. We put in an order for 1 large pizza at 9:29pm. We got a confirmation and paid for the pizza. When my husband arrived at 9:40, the doors were locked and Samuel told him he had decided to stop accepting orders at 9:20pm and refused to honor my husbands order that he had confirmation for….we went to Pizza Hut instead and will from now on since it seems the workers are more concerned about closing when they feel like it. Hope we don’t still get charged since he didn’t even offer a refund…"

"Bought a Hawaiian chicken pizza and ordered it for delivery, upon delivery order was missing the chicken. I called to complain and the manager says I can offer you a $10 dollar credit for your next purchase; I told him no I either want the right pizza or my money back. He then proceeds to say I’m sorry for my mistake but I can only offer you the $10 credit, I only have one delivery driver tonight."

"I decided to try a new pizza place while staying in Spartanburg. I found this place, and I would not recommend it at all. Ordered a small meat pizza and salad. The pizza was supposed to have a garlic crest, and it did not. The pizza was just blah, nothing too exciting. The salad was terrible, completely welted, and just looked bad. The ranch was in packets, not even homemade. I did call the store, and they gave me credit, I'm from out of town. Why would I want credit."
