"Loved the paved trail to the Hartwell dam and back. It’s not gravel so it’s very stroller friendly. Massive dam was very cool to see. The trail is full sun exposure and little/no shade so I’m assuming it’s brutal in the summer but was great on the cool weather November day we were there. Restroom, playground, and a boat launch also there along with a ton of picnic tables and a little beach area with water access. No admission (I think there’s a small fee, like $5 if you’re using the boat launch but nothing to park or access any of the other facilities ) Great place to bring the kids and the paved trail is dog friendly too :-)"

"Beautiful and quiet place. Has picnic tables, small playground with 2 swings, bathrooms, and a boat dock with good-sized parking. Also, it has a big pavilion that you can rent and entrance to the park is free."

"It was beautiful area, nice view of the lake and you can walk towards the dam. It’s around 1.7 miles one way. The recreational area has playground for the kids and lots of picnic tables to enjoy the lake view with food. The toilets are clean but no hand soaps. Enough parking space to not worry for parking. Good food options around 10 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the play area and adults enjoyed the lake view."

"Great view of Lake Hartwell with plenty of picnic tables and grills overlooking the water. It's well-maintained for families to picnic on the weekend with lots of parking. There is a parking lot by the entrance where you can park to take a nice along along the perimeter and over the dam."
