"My husband and I took our 3 grandchildren ages 6, 7 and 9 along with our daughter in law and we had a blast. The staff is so friendly. The fresh apple cider donuts were to die for as well as the hot chocolate........I would recommend tubing for 2 hours to get the most fun! We hope to again soon and we may try it in the summer as well."
"Despite the warmer temperatures (upper 50's) it was a great experience tubing. There is only one run to go tubing down, but from the bottom to the top there was at most maybe a 10-15min window. The Apple cider donuts were also a great finisher for our day! Amazing experience overall."
"We visited over the holiday break. We did the one hour option. It was so much fun. The incline is just enough to give you a jolt, but not scare you. Inside, they had food and drinks. Great customer service. It's located about two hours outside of Charlotte."
"All the staff were great here, inside the lodge and on the hill. Only one run was open because of the limited snow. But, my 14 year old son and I had a great time with plenty of runs in the hour that we were there."
