"I'm getting tired of the fraud that hotels are using . This one advertised that breakfast was included. Mini blueberry muffins and decaf coffee was the only breakfast available. Note that the juice machine is out of order. Also many things in our room don't work such as the lamp, the USB charger and the hair dryer. The front door of the hotel is also broken. I've enjoyed staying at many Red Roofs in the mid west but the east Coast ones are lacking. At least this one doesn't sensor our Internet like the one in Knoxville...."

"I stayed at two Red Roof Inn's this weekend in two different cities and this was the worse of the two (and the more expensive). The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived and I waited maybe 10 minutes before someone arrived to get me checked in. The room was okay. The lampshades were all tilted and the shower looked like it had been very poorly repaired. The AC worked great. The shower water was fine. Lots of weird noises in the parking lot throughout the night. My dog and I were woken up a few times by them. The parking lot was littered and there was what looked like a bag of drugs next to my car when I parked. For the price that I paid for this room, I should have booked at another hotel."

"The room was nice and spacious but the fridge was filthy and there wasn’t a shower curtain. The front desk was nice and gave us extra towels… the breakfast is just muffins. We had a situation with a car alarm going off at 1am every 5 minutes but after I called down to front desk it magically stopped. Overall we had a pleasant stay it’s near Outback which was delicious."

"I have stayed two times at the Red Roof Inn Hendersonville in 2023. I love how it is so tucked in at the end of a winding road: it feels very quiet and secluded from the rest of the town. It is very reasonably priced. The rooms I have stayed in were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms have always been very clean and well stocked. I have never had any issues with my reservation or with the front desk: everything has always been good."
