"This is one the the worst customer service stores I’ve been to. Been waiting for a shower for over 1 hour and there was 3 showers ready to be clean. I ask the front desk twice and she didn’t even lift a finger to call anyone to clean it. After I talked to another employee she told me the store comes first. Then after the other lady decided to come clean she cleaned it but then took her sweat time setting the system up so it could start calling the showers. She was doing it on purpose sense I complained twice."

"The staff are super nice and respectful... The place seems neat and clean. Bathrooms were getting cleaned while I was there so seems like they take care of this establishment... Yes the TOWN could/should put a traffic light for trucks to get out.. very hard to get out onto the street it's a very busy road with lots of traffic. It's NOT pilots fault there's no traffic light. Plenty of parking during the day doesn't seem too busy during day hours not sure nightly hours."

"This pilot is definitely one that needs all new management followed by all new staff. They push, almost completely require you to self checkout and if you say something about it you get met with some of the rudest comments from some of the rudest employees. The employees can’t even be bothered to wear proper attire to work in, let alone do any amount of work for any length of time. Stay well away from this truck stop, do not give them your time or money, they literally don’t want any of it to begin with. I have sent a two page email to their corporate office and will be personally speaking to executive management at corporate next week about the issues as I see them, I urge anyone who has had issues here to do the same. Everything about this Pilot is 3rd world nonsense, all stop."

"Absolute joke for professional drivers. There is no light at the exit off the exit to turn onto the road. There is no light at the truck stops to get back out. Once you get into the lot, there is minimal "free" parking with trucks parked everywhere, making it difficult to maneuver. Trucks parked at the pumps while inside for 20+ minutes, backing up the fuel islands. At 5 pm on Tuesday, there was no pizza available, and the staff inside were rude. This will be a one and only stop as we wasted 45 minutes just to get into and out of the lot. Driver's, if you value your clock, go somewhere else!"

"I would have rather left this review directly for the Taco Bell inside this pilot, I can't see that they have their own Google page. How hard is it to leave off the cheese?? I said fresco style for every single item. Some people don't want dairy!"
