"I have been using Hub City Delivery for almost a year. They have always been wonderful, they are the fastest and have the best attitude out of any delivery service in Spartanburg. I sometimes call late and I know that that can be aggravating but they never come with a bad attitude they're always happy with a big smile on their face and I apologize for doing that and I appreciate everything they do. They are by far the friendliest most accommodating and helpful delivery service that I have ever used. I cannot drive because I have seizures so I cannot drive so I am very grateful for them. Thank you very much and I have never used them without them coming to the door with a smile on their face no matter what time of day or night thank you very much for all you do. The owners are very helpful as well. When you call and there is a certain problem you need help with, they always have a solution and try to work with you so I appreciate the owners as well thank you so much. The lady who delivered to me tonight was especially sweet and excellent. Thank you so much."

"Great local company we always try to use before the National franchises, why? Because inevitably mistakes are going to happen when ordering food delivery. They are ALWAYS responsive and fix it immediately. Try calling someone with these other companies. If you even get someone it’s a call center somewhere on the other side of the globe."

"We've used this service multiple times with no issues. After this last one we will not be using them again. We ordered our food as always, we didn't add a tip on the card as we were going to leave a cash tip. Driver called (with an attitude) said he was here but can deliver to the door as it was dark. We proceeded to tell him it's a motion lights and will turn on. (We've never had someone call and say this) he said he wouldn't do it, so we said just leave it on the trailer in the front. When we went out to get our food is was laying on its side. We looked at the ca.eras and saw him throw it down...when we called him back to ask what happend he proceeded to say thanks for the tip a******."

"I've used hub city delivery for almost 3 years now. The only time I ever have an issue is when I fat finger an order or click to order too late without refreshing... Nevertheless, the Owner and or Drivers always immediately make the call with a solution/suggestion/recommendation. I work late sometimes and have a very energetic young child. Hub city is amazing and one of the best customer focused businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I work with many very national and international organizations; this one is hands down on my top 5 list. I appreciate everything this business and each of their employees for making the small things so much better. Support small. Support local. Support the service industry."

"Since Covid, I've used a lot of various delivery services. Hub City is consistently the best. My food is delivered on time 99% of the time, it's correct 99% of the time, and I never have that suspicion that someone tampered with it. I've had other places steal from my purchase or deliver to the wrong location. Never had this problem with Hub City. They are great!"
