"I will make sure i ask all my friends to write u bad reviews ... If i had the chance to review them ZERO , i would do .. don't deal with them they are just scammers and non professional company .. i paid deposit of 250 dollar and my plan was to drop my car from london Ontario canada to Detroit so they can transfer it from Detroit to LA California. The day before our schedule day i called and spoke with PAT to confirm , he said yes but i will get back to you in 2 hrs ,, next day my husband crossed the borders to Detroit to drop the car , they didn't show up . I called many time , no one give me accurate answer .. then decided to go with another company . I requested to get my deposit back .. for 3 months every time i call , they tell me they already did the transaction..and it will shows in 3 days .. and they keep giving excuses . Last time i got very frustrated and i asked the lady i just want to know are u a real company or scammers ,, she said ur being rude and she hanged up the phone in my face and since then they don't answer .. i will make sure that all my friend and family write u very bad reviews so people don't get scammed by ur corrupted non professional company ."

"Very rude company who keeps changing their name to avoid paying their drivers. In June my company was hired to transport 3 vehicles but did not receive payment. The people who answer the phone are very rude. They kept saying a check will be mailed but never received it. I've been calling many times for the last 4 months only to give me the run around and now they are saying Travelers auto transport is no longer in business but the same phone number is active under a different company name."

"I was hired as a transporter to transport three vehicles for the long haul in May for $800 but only received $500. Travelers Auto Transport said they would mail in the difference but never did. They have been giving me the run around and today, 9/22/23 I was told by Steven that the company is no longer in business and that once it's active again they will pay me the $300 balance. What a joke of a company!! Do not do business with these scammers. I will gladly remove this review once I'm paid in Full."

"Wish I could give a 0 on this. They told me on the phone I was going to pay 1750$ for the shipment and that there wasn’t an agent fee and I ended up paying 350$ more. I also got the car back and there was a huge scratch which they said they didn’t do. They quit replying to my texts instead of helping me with solution. Now I know why everyone is giving them a 1 star review. Cause it’s never their fault. Instead of correcting their mistakes they blame the people. Just shows the business is bad."
