"ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS ALMOST HIT MY DAUGHTER I called the office to tell the person answering the phone that one of their drivers almost hit my daughter because he never stopped at the red light he kept driving if her father didn’t pull us back this driver would have hit us & even when I fell & my daughter stroller tipped over he never even stopped to see if was ok but I guess with the fact that he seen us crossing with a stroller & never stopped why would he care but I am telling the person who answered the phone & he was laughing making jokes about the fact that one of their driver saw it was a red light & saw parents crossing the street pushing their baby in a stroller & he never stopped he talking about what is he supposed to do & saying he got no money for me I’m like man one of your drivers is out here driving crazy not caring about anyone’s life & you talking about what are you supposed to do & accusing me of wanting money like what would money have done to take my pain away for losing my child because of your crazy driver"

"I had an excellent experience. Another local cab company forgot I had called and they said they could be to me in 10 minutes. I was nervous because other reviews said they had been given inaccurate wait times but 10 minutes later my driver arrived. She was so sweet and drove me all the way from Baldwin to the heart of NYC. Great company and will use again."

"Unprofessional always give an a wrong estimated time , I always call early so I can make it to work on time but unfortunately it's always a 15 min and after the 15 wait there's another 20 min wait . If there's nothing available just say so , people need to be somewhere at a certain time . But the time waited plus more is not acceptable. I give this a 1 star , the drivers are great but the operator needs to be more accurate and let people know there's nothing available if alot of time is being waited . I'm risking on loosing my.job , because you guys are not being on time."

"Absolutely shocking service!!! Assured us they were coming to collect us. We were asked to walk to a bus stop, that was pitch black and secluded. Being 2 lone travelling females, we called numerous times to check that they were definitely coming. But after confirming that the driver was ‘literally pulling in now’, we realised that the guy on the phone was a complete liar and he hadn’t sent anyone to collect us!!! He made our evening a horrible, scary experience!! We have travelled to NY from the UK and for someone to leave people (especially 2 long females) is terrifying and absolutely disgusting!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!! Will be making sure to spread the word how bad you are!!!!!"
