Clear cut case of personal injury where shoulder replacement was required and didn't fight for us at all. Sent false information to opposing law firm and had to retract the info twice. Total malpractice. Ended up misleading elderly to take a pitiful settlement that didn't even cover 50% ofmedical cost."
