"This Starbucks does a great job providing accurate delicious coffee. The staff is always very friendly. I wasn’t a fan of the potato bites but that is ok."

"Newer, larger location on Derenne is a much needed upgrade. Located in front of the giant Earth. Much busier, but interior and outside patio has plenty of space to work or socialize. Don't get confused, many of these photos are from the OLD location on Abercorne in the Publix shopping center. This location is in front of a giant globe of the earth and next door to a Chik-Fil-A."

"I know that it’s busy so I expect a wail. At least have the customer service skills and emotional intelligence to speak to the customers such as myself. Been waiting 20 mins for a mobile order with 6 staff members and not one greeting, smile or clue of the status of my order. Never jeopardize customer service and kindness because you are in the weeds."

"Not sure if it was an off day or what but it was my first time here and we waited 45 minutes for just a basic coffee. One of the baristas told another customer that they were over 30 mins behind on all mobile orders. Drive through wasn’t super busy. There were 25 other people in the lobby with me also waiting. Coffee was great as always though!"

"Excellent location, and a nice smaller Starbucks. The service here is alway amazing, and fast. There is outside seating, and a really cool bar along one entire wall inside. Store is well stocked and well maintained, as are the restrooms. Definitely one of the top Starbucks in town."
