"Update 1/27/2024 - stopped by for dinner tonight and it fell a little short of a perfect 5 for us. I ordered the Lowcountry Cioppino and my wife ordered the Pan-Roasted Salmon. I’m not sure what the “local fresh catch filet” was on my dish but it lacked seasoning. The shrimp in my dish were cooked perfectly but the crab was hard to find. The tomato broth was very tasty but not very “brothy” and I could have stood a lot more of it and a lot less of the accompanying rice. The balance was just off for me especially given the price ($35). The mixed vegetables on my wife’s plate were excellent, as were the mashed potatoes. The salmon was too rare for me but ok for my wife. The peach bbq sauce over the salmon was quite unique - something I wouldn’t expect over salmon but it worked. All in all, not a home run like our brunch the other day but we’ll be back to try other dishes because we like the vibe, the menu, and the staff. First time visiting this place and already planning our next visit! We went for brunch on a Friday and my wife and I ordered our favorite brunch items: she had Huevos Rancheros and I had deviled Crab Benedict, both with a side of hash browns. My wife has eaten more than her fair share of Huevos Rancheros across the US and this was deemed her favorite ever. The butter bean mash made this a “less traditional” dish but man did it elevate it. We both loved it! I’ve had all kinds of Egg Benedicts, my favorite being a smoked salmon Benedict in Sedona AZ, but this crab Benedict was easily on par with my favorite and I couldn’t stop saying “this is so f-ing good” because it was! Looking forward to returning for dinner in a day or two."
"Nicely decorated restaurant with ample spaces indoors and outdoors and a robust menu of drinks from beers to cocktails to non-alcoholic. The lunch entrees were a great deal for the price with the soup and salad being a great portion and even including a biscuit. I highly recommend that people try the clam soup, tomato hand pie and the sweet potato biscuit with honey."
"My family and I went here as our last meal before we had to fly out and I’m glad we didn’t leave because of the wait! Was a highlight of our Hilton head/Savannah experience. No one in our group of 6 was disappointed, whether it was: chicken and waffles, country fried steak, fried chicken Benedict, or the Mother Earth omelette. I personally got the chicken and waffles (with a biscuit basket to share), and those were by far some of the best chicken and waffles, and biscuits I’ve ever had!!! The drinks were also awesome! If we ever find our way back to Hilton Head, we will definitely make coming here a priority!!! Also a special thanks to our server who was quick to ring in our food and bring us our check when we explained we had a time crunch."
"Went here for brunch on a Saturday. It wasn't too busy since it November and the off season, we were seated in about 10 minutes. There is a lot too choose from and it is southern style food. I had kitchen sink bowl, everything was good in it especially the gravy. My daughter had the chicken and waffles and loved it, chicken was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Coffee they have is especially good, you can tell the difference in quality. The only think I can really say negative is about the biscuit. It was almost like a biscuit cake, it lacked the density and salty flavor that I'm used too. But all in all a pretty good restaurant."
"Cute place in Hilton head for brunch. They have outside seating and it’s beautiful. Our server was great as well. Everything we got was very delicious besides pancakes.. I wanted chocolate chips and they didn’t have it.. but I ordered it anyway. The pancakes came out very dry and was not good at all! Probably took 3 bites and I was done. Their biscuit was very good! And lavender latte as well. They just need to work on their pancakes!! Very generous portions!!"
