The FedEx Drop Box located at 4545 East River Road in West Henrietta, New York, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days. The drop box accepts a variety of packages, ranging from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to packages with a FedEx label that you provide. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and even Saturday pickup options at select sites. To drop off a package, simply create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, print the label, affix it to your package, and bring it to the drop box.
