Domino's Pizza 3985 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29170

"I ALWAYS go to this Domino's on Platt Springs but what is this?!?!?! $8 for a few pizza toppings in the box that are supposedly their bbq chicken bites (pic on left). When I questioned the guy he said that's how it should be. I was too stunned to even think to refuse them. As for the pizza there is an entire slice with a small coating of cheese no sauce. I even ordered extra cheese. Toppings covered maybe half of half of the pizza. (2nd pic on left-zoom in). Now compare to the 2 pics on the right. That's how it usually is. Feeling like the store should right this wrong. This last meal was a disgrace."

"50% off means they will deduct from QUALITY. Don't buy from this location. Buffalo Chicken pizza we barely had any chicken. The person who was cutting around 6pm today's shift, barely even sliced. Don't get me started with the Cinnamon Bread Twists!! It looks NOTHING like what you are advertising. Criss cross, with 90% of the sauce not on the dessert! As a store manager, you should be embarrassed how the quality of your store went down the TOILET!"

"Every time we order it is an expected 2 1/2 hr delivery. The pizza will not even be cooking an hour after placing the order, I have called some times to be sure the hours long estimate is correct and it is."

"Gave this location 2 try's and they failed. Last week we ordered 2 pizzas mine was pepperoni it was cooking completely had very little sauce. I ended up throwing away. Today my wife ordered a thin crust pepperoni with jalapenos. She ordered it to be picked up at 5:25. We got there 5 minutes it was already done. The pizza was already cold and the crust was not fully cooked. When she ask employee why it was done so early her comment was we always get it done early. It's a shame this location is so poorly run"
