"One of their realtors was extremely condescending in an online discussion about Isle of Palms parking and beach access, the realtor stated that traffic congestion had zero impact on desirability of houses. In response to "parking ban limits access to the beach, which makes it a quieter beach for residents (...) Same reason houses on quiet side streets sell for more than houses on busy roads" they responded "it sounds like you are an expert that knows a lot more about real estate trends than I so I will have to yield to your self proclaimed expertise (...) you're the expert!" Very unprofessional, told me that stating my opinion was "getting in a pissing contest""
