"For the most part terrible customer service. I had a package I needed to ship through FedEx but I work two jobs so I did not have time to go to an actual FedEx location. So I brought the package to this location bc it has a FedEx drop off but I had a QR code which they don’t scan. One of the younger workers said that if I lived in the area and could print a label he could scan it for me. I was like great I live a few minutes from here but an older employee sitting behind the counter gave me an attitude, saying they can’t do it because it’s too late. I initially was not going to bother but I really needed to get the package out today. I printed the label and the younger man took my package for me. Then while the young man is taking my package a brunette female worker comments about me coming to drop off my package at that time. The young man had the empathy to realize I was in a sticky situation which is why I’m giving three stars and not one star. The attitude and the comment from the other worker were unnecessary especially since it’s the holidays. What happened to the holiday spirit of helping one another?"
"Great customer service and they open promptly at 8am"
