"My husband and I used to go more often before Bowlero took over and it was decent. We have tried to go in twice now and everytime they are too busy. That being said we stopped in tonight and we're told there would be a 45 minute wait because our party of 5 kids and 2 adults needed two lanes. There were maybe 5 lanes in use. I was told I could reserve, but online was more expensive so I tried to reserve while I was there in person and was told it can only be done online.. we checked online before driving out and didn't notice a league night or anything advertised that require lanes to be booked. It looks pretty, but as far as a fun night forget it."

"Seems to be a great place to hang out. The drinks were a little pricey. The arcade was very fun even though the card machines were not working and you had to go to the front desk to reload. I'd go back."
"Let me start by thanking the amazing staff of Bowlero Augusta for how they treat their clients from the smallest groups to the largest ones with professionalism, compassion, understanding, and care for their clients needs. The lanes and AMAZING, clean and there is always a staff member walking around offering help. The arcade is outstanding and my boy and I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for the amazing service and we will be back and I highly recommend everyone in the CSRA to come visit this nice spot, and you won’t regret it."
