"Clean, secure and great condo layout. Our unit needed some repairs but the owners were really good about noting the damage upon check in. The walls were paper thin. It made it hard for the kids to sleep. Beach Access is a public access path. You have to cross a 4-lane road. We were there at the end of the summer season. It didn't seem like a busy road, but we definitely planned ahead and gave ourselves plenty of time to be patient."

"We stayed here through an Airbnb. Not a far walk from the beach but if you have littles it could be a bit of a walk. The pool is nice and was clean the entire time. I do think the community could use some TLC, some of the pool chairs were busted and trash littered through the community."

"We stayed here through an Air BNB unit. The facility is very secure, clean, quiet, and 1 block away from a quiet section of Colligny beach! Pretty much everything good about Colligny beach is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This villa was not clean. They charge a cleaning fee but don't clean it. There is black mildew on ceilings. There was no cleaning supplies to even clean it yourself. They do not have enough key fobs for all the couples staying there. We rented B01. The weekly cost was not worth this stay. We left early. The outside balcony had wasp nest. It might sleep 8 but the pull couch had food from previous renters. The garbage closet in the hallway where everyone puts their garbage has garbage spilling out into hall. I do not recommend this place at all. Yes the office was called and female came to room but nothing was resolved."

"Booked this property through Booking.com. It was cancelled by the property 8 (!) days before the booking. A few days after the booking was cancelled, I had not received the refund so I messaged both the property and Booking.com. I got no response from the property and an automated response from Booking.com. 10 days after the reservation was cancelled, I looked at my account and still didn't have the refund. I messaged the property again and spent an hour on the phone with Booking.com. They said it would take 30 days to get my refund (???) so,... I just have to pay off this amount on my credit card because of their mistake? Really really frustrated that a mistake on their end meant I have to spend time and energy trying to get my money back, and still don't know when (if?) I will. Certainly will avoid this place in the future and will avoid Booking.com as well if I can."
