FedEx Drop Box

Located at 90 Erie Canal Drive in Rochester, New York, the FedEx Drop Box offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to packages with your own FedEx label. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box locations.

Drop-off times vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options. You can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then simply print and affix the label to your package before dropping it off at a nearby FedEx Drop Box.

Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box locations. If your package is too large for the drop box, you can bring it to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
