21 Holloman Trace - 6 bedroom, 5th Row Brand New Build with Pool at living level 21 Holloman Trace, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928

"We stayed at the beautiful home in June 2023 and it did not disappoint!! I’ve tried writing this numerous times but could never do it justice. Finally attempting to share all the things for those who might be considering staying here. We had 6 kids (age range 3-11) and 7 adults. My brother in law is a quadriplegic and I’m a motorized chair. It was and emotional trip bc it was our first since his injury. He had a hard time finding something big enough and accommodating to a large group. We made a few adjustments to help make it even more ADA friendly. If you need and accessible home you could easily make this work! We needed a few adaptations but the elevator makes it a lot easier! My brother in laws wheel chair shower chair fit into the toilet area and using a ramp could get into the shower (the shower door swings open) Things we brought: 1) a portable ramp to use from first floor out to the pool (we bought and aluminum one on Amazon) 2) another small ramp to make the master bedroom (upstairs past the laundry) a roll in shower) Things to consider for ADA beach access: 1) We rented a motorized beach wheel chair and if we hadn’t, my brother couldn’t have gotten in the beach…but with that we were able to use the direct beach access right by the house Other notes: 1) the house was super clean and taken care of! 2) it was equip with everything you could need from towels, beach towels, soaps, lotions, blow dryers, iron, a few laundry pods…all things hotels offer too! I know I’m missing some things! 3) the kitchen gadgets!!! So many details went into this! We needed nothing for cooking and meal prep! Blender worked great, wine opener and many other things we have never had in other rental homes…if you need something specific they will tell you if they have it so just ask them. Grill was great too! Oh and the pantry….SWOON! 4) we ordered groceries to the house and it was easy for the driver to find…. off the pool deck an right on the door step! Highly recommend this to save yourself time 5) the pool!!!! We heated it even in June and we are glad we did! It got cooler in the evening and the kids swam morning and night..as did some adults! Beautiful lights at night too!! It’s a vibe! 6) whole home music was a bonus! 7) lots of beach accessories…wagon, floats, games, chairs!! 8) garage holds 4 SUVs comfortably! 9) private/non busy street was a bonus with small kids 10) outdoor shower was amazing and right down the steps 11) just stay here because you won’t regret it and it did not disappoint! I know I’m missing stuff but this is long overdue!"

"We loved staying at this beautiful home! Our family was welcomed by Amy, and her wonderful team. They were so kind and gave us the best guest service. Customer service is a big deal to us, and they provided top notch customer service! The house was very clean in every room. This is also a big deal to me. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. I was extremely pleased by the upkeep. The location is perfect. We enjoyed being close to our favorite areas. One of my favorite features is the natural light and all of the views from the house. The balcony, and the sun porch were a wonderful addition to this home. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place to be! Our family created memories together to last a lifetime in their beautiful home. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it! It has everything you need!"

"We recently returned from spending a delightful week as renters of 21 Holloman Trace. The house is so new, the window sills still shine, reflecting the sun’s warmth and light. Each room was tastefully decorated, with fresh linens awaiting us at check in. We had plenty of room for four SUVs in the garage. Our walk to the beach was very close, and the beach was never crowded. Because it was so hot, we spent much of our time in the pool. You won’t be sorry if you choose this rental, just please don’t choose the week we hope to rent next year!!! Bike riding for our family to the stores at Caligny was perfect, both for accessibility as well as convenience. We’ve rented a family vacation house in many locations, and this one seems to be saying “return in 2024”."

"We had the privilege of having a multi generational trip here during the summer. It was the perfect location for everyone! All the kids had a blast in the pool and game rooms, the parents enjoyed the patio and screened in porch while watching their kids swim and the grandparents enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and peaceful walks on the beach. The owners thought of everything while creating this home. The ease of every bedroom having their own bathroom was so convenient. The kitchen and dining area was so perfect for our large family meals and game nights. The walk to the beach took just a few minutes and the beach was so clean and felt very private. We loved everything about this house and cannot wait to come back again!"

"Our family loves spending time at 21 Holloman Trace in Hilton Head and highly recommends the house to anyone looking for a fun, luxurious, and carefree vacation! The beach house is beautifully decorated, ideally located, and pristinely cleaned. Our family spent the last two Spring Breaks in the home with 2 other families. With 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved going back and forth between splashing in the refreshing pool and basking in the sun on the private beach, and then spending evenings hanging out in the house’s two game rooms. The adults appreciated the oversized kitchen with 2 fridges, ample dining seating, and every cooking appliance you could need or want. The 2 laundry rooms were a huge lifesaver- with 3 active families under 1 big roof, the washing machines and dryers were constantly going! The house is ideally located, just 100 steps from the beach, and also within walking distance of the multitude of shops and restaurants at Coligny plaza. The property manager was always available if needed. Overall, it was the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make wonderful memories on our framily vacation. Thanks to the owners for creating this hidden gem by the beach!"
