"Our unit was in an excellent location and there were many dining and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit was clean and included the basics although it was a minimalist approach to furnishings with limited lighting. The extras that came with the rental were a bonus and we will certainly explore this option when we return to Hilton Head."

"We paid $10k total with fees for 5 days at this rental property in Hilton Head (36 Bradley Cir) through this property management company. The cleanliness of this property was subpar. It appeared the only thing that was done before we arrived was garbage disposal; and new bedding and towels added. 1-The furniture covering in the living room has stains on the couches and chairs. 2-All bathrooms-Dust all over light fixtures and top of mirrors. 3-Carpeting throughout the entire house-all floors-stains. You don’t want to walk bare foot on the carpet, it’s disgusting. 4-Air Vents- Dust all over- filters have not been changed (don’t believe ever). I opened one to look at the filter and almost threw up- I took pictures and sent them to the property manager. At least one person staying in the house is allergic to dust and asthmatic. This caused breathing and skin irritation issues. 5-There were tons of fruit flies all over; couldn’t even leave food on the counter without being covered. It ruined our family Thanksgiving dinner. 6-The garage door on the side of the house was unlocked and cracked open; luckily, I checked when I arrived and was able to secure it while there with my family. The property manager responded that since the house is “Pet friendly” and sleeps so many there is going to be wear and tear on the property. Since it is pet friendly they need to be in there after each guest, cleaning/changing furniture covers, steam cleaning carpets with stains and making sure they are dusting and changing filters more often. She said no other guests have ever addressed any of these issues before so I thought I’d write this review so it’s in writing and when someone else does address it they will not “shrug” their shoulders and use the same excuse they used with me. They charge a $675 Cleaning fee, trust me it’s not justified. We were really expecting a top-notch property and looking forward to a nice relaxing vacation. We paid ALOT of money to rent this property and were so disappointed."

"1762 Bluff Villas is a wonderful gem at the end of Sea Pines plantation. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever had and my 13 yr old daughter says it was her favorite place. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. Great view of Harbor Town in the distance. No bugs! Only negative is it’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator to bring up bags and the rental company does not provide enough TP for the week. Highly recommend this spot. This is a great place and the rental company communicates well and often."

"3 Pyxie Lane met all of our expectations. Visited with our two daughters and their families. The grandchildren loved the pool and the beach was a short walk away. The home was clean and well supplied. It was a steamy week and the air conditioning worked great. Relax Rentals was easy to work with, responsive and answered all our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"This was one of our best vacations ever! We stayed at 504 Ocean Walk, Hilton Head Island. This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love this villa and would love to stay again soon here. Everything was thought out and this villa has everything. My son and. his friend were on the other side of the villa and we could barely hear them. They said it was like having their own apartment for a week to themselves. They had the own. couch and TV and their own sink and storage and their own bathroom and their own bedroom with 2 beds with a balcony right outside their bedroom. My wife and I had a bedroom and bathroom and the rest of the villa. This villa was so quiet and peaceful. The indoor and outdoor pools were awesome. Loved the security of the building. There were about three trails to S. Forest and Alder Beaches within walking distance from this condo. I loved that this villa was on the 5th floor which is the top so you don't here other people walking above you. So much more quieter. The maintenance people were so nice and top notch. Highly recommend this Villa and Relax Rentals. Relax Rentals was great with communication when we needed them. for their great communication. Thank you Relax Rentals for the Best Vacation!"
