"Was in recently to buy the new MWII game and it couldn’t have been a more seamless transaction. Any visit to GameStop is worth while if you’re looking for a great selection on any games. Now on the other hand, I gave them a 4 star review, and I think I can speak for everyone when I say this, because we want more back for our games and consoles. Too many times I have been in with tons of mint condition games only to get back pennies on the dollar. I think a “revamp” of their buy-sell policy is in need of attention! Other than, GameStop will continue to be my one stop shop!"

"This GameStop location is pretty clean, organized, stocked, and with knowledgeable staff. By staff, I mean the one person running the store at the time. However, the fact that they now open at 12PM is inconvenient. Especially if you are eager to pick up a pre-order."

"Went in today to pick up a new headset and met Richard in the store. He was kind, well knowledged and well dressed. After giving suggestions he gave me some time to make my own choice. If you go to this store i'd definitely recommend going while Richard is on shift."

"I went there to get a controller replaced under warranty and the guys said he needed to see the sticker for the protection I paid for. I said to use my number and look it up. He tried but he said I didn't buy it and and basically argued with me for 5 minutes and refused to help. I drove home to take a picture of the sticker on the box thank God I kept it. I called customer service with GameStop and they found the order and emailed me a copy of it. I had to do all of that just to replace my controller. Maybe if the guy would have actually tried he could have found it himself."
