Reviews
"I have five children and most of our furniture and a good deal of electronics came from Goodwill in particular. What's alarming is the fact you have taken all the electronics and anything of value and placed it on a website at top dollar and your stores are now truly just full of junk. The poorest will never get the opportunity and your brick and mortar stores will soon fade away..... I wholeheartedly believe you are making a huge mistake."
"The staff here are always kind and the place looks great since the remodel I donate here and shop when I can. Lots of items to choose from and overall the place is nice."
"Staff are super nice. But for a new store it really is already very trashed. Lots of empty boxes on shelf that merchandise is missing."
"Overpriced items that were at one point someone else's trash. Items being sold by customer service employee that have no idea what "customer service" means. These employees hurriedly and rudely rushing customers from the store ten minutes before the store is actually set to close. Although, this store isn't as bad as the one on Augusta Road on the one on Woodruff Road, the employees still insist on rudely reminding customers the store is closing ever five minutes starting thirty minutes before the store closes. Unbelievably, each of these stores start this countdown ten minutes early. Doesn't sound like a lot, but add each set of minutes up for each store including this one, and you can easily see that the Goodwill corporation is losing hours upon hours of selling time to the customers in their stores, which is absolutely amazing to me considering the corporate greed that has grown immensely throughout Goodwill stores."
