"Awful. I finally just canceled my membership. They got rid of the reputable employees and replaced them with idiots. Got crammed into the wash when it wasn’t just only to play bumper cars and cause damage to peoples vehicles. The “manager” said he likes to “fit them in tight”…. Like he gets off on it or something. Guy was legit a moron. All of us complained and they didn’t seem to care. Ok buhbye! Mount pleasant is a pretty small town, your lack of taking accountability WILL get around. I have photos to prove what they did. Karma to the new hillbilly manager, Karma."

"When asked to be spaced further apart due to recent accidents at this location I was told, it’s impossible to wreck, that no one cares what fb says about anything (even though I know two people this happen to personally) , the two young men who aren’t the normal people here, had nothing but rude comments to say about my concerns. They dismissed my concerns and then were rude. (Talking loudly amongst themselves about my concerns and staying it’s stupid). For a car wash that’s doesn’t have vacuums working half the time, or they only power spray one half of your car, they have let their disregard for their customers shine through yet again. I have had a membership here for 3 years. Today I will cancel."

"Zips in Mount Pleasant has a mew manager that has been there for several months now. If you were a former member go back and rejoin. His team keeps this place so clean now and everything is always working. They are always smiling and willing to help with anything."

"Unfortunately this location can not be recommended. The lack of oversight of employees and the habitual closing early is not acceptable. Half the time I go it is closed early, something is broken or not working. Sad as this is a convenient location. Workers barely work and the place is always dirty. The workers that are supposed to pre-wash your car 75% of the time do nothing but when they do spray it is only 1/4 of car and only on the side were they do not have to move… this means your car and every car go into the spinning brushes with dirt on which is like sandpaper to the next car…. If they can’t find employees to do their job they should at least protect our cars with an automated spray down on way in….The car may wash station has been without a 10 foot water hose for about 1/2 years. Vacuums are constantly clogged… this place is just poorly managed….i would not reccomend… go somewhere that cares!"
