Starbucks

"I tried this Starbucks out a few times and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt. They prioritize drive-through orders, as well as mobile orders, rather than how they come in order with in person orders as well. They are slow with making the drinks. I have always gotten a drink made correctly, but the new hires are not being trained right. The last visit, I ordered two cream Frappuccinos, which does not get coffee (frap roast) and they both had coffee in it. The person who made my drink said that there wasn’t any coffee in it."

"Aside from the usual Starbucks drinks and food that are served, which have always been great, the real quality for this location comes from the people! I have never had a wrong order, nor have I ever had a bad experience. Coming into the cafe often, I am greeted by the friendliest staff and have never gotten a cold shoulder or any sort of disregard. To list the great workers would be too long of a list, as I would end up listing every worker I have come into contact with! All the staff work diligently and are polite no matter how busy or slow it is at the store. The workers always make it a pleasure to dine in and sit, and for that reason I will always return to this store!"

"Not excited about the fact that the girl making my drink has rubbed her hands down her face 4 times then touched our cups. And then pushed her thick strands of hair out of her face that are out of her small cap thing that is just sitting on the back of her head. I’m honestly wondering how much of her hair has gotten in the cups with it all in her face and her messing with it. It’s kind of nasty. It can’t be up to code. The staff here is always extra friendly, which I appreciate and I come here a lot but I’m honestly starting to worry about the quality of my drinks and food."

"My beautiful relationship with Starbucks has been a little light since I moved South, but I had an early day and stopped on my way to the event. Even after much time has passed I had my Full Starbucks experience this day. Walked in and the smells, music, and happy bustling staff greeted me. I tried one of their awesome new holiday lattes and was very happy. They heated my favorite, spinach feta wrap, and I was on my way."
