"We have not had one good experience at this McDonald's. They never get the orders right and are always missing something. Today was by far the worst, though. Went through the drive-through and was told to pull up to the 3rd window. As I waited and watched 12 people behind me get their food, 20 minutes later I went inside to see what was going on. It took them another 25 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers and 20 chicken nuggets. Nobody even asked what we were waiting on. None of them cared that we were parked there for that long waiting. Horrible customer service. We will not return to this McDonald's again. I understand running behind, but when you have the same employees walking past your vehicle 7+ times and don't think to stop to find out if they missed your order, there is a problem with that. They gave our order to someone else so had to put in a new order. We spent a total of 45 minutes waiting and the employees weren't the least bit bothered by it. Do better! Also, in the 25 minutes I waited inside, there were 6 different people who had come through the drive-through and had to come in to either get things that were forgotten in their order, or their order fixed."

"I'm usually the type of person to shrug my shoulders and let things go, but I'm going to make an exception… I drove through his location yesterday to get something to drink. When I approached the pick up window, the woman working at that window shoved my cup toward me before I even came to a complete stop and she clearly had a bad attitude. Today, I drove through to get a fillet of fish and a drink. It wasn't busy when I got there so I was really surprised when I open the box with my sandwich was in and found this (see picture). How hard is it to actually get the ingredients on the bun and why only half a slice of cheese??"

"Fries were hot, and the drive-thru worker said, "Bless you," I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-A. The lobby was closed for construction but got through the drive-thru fairly fast."

"The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The app wouldn’t work for this location (only this location). When we got to the drive thru, they asked if we’ve used their app (we would’ve loved to). Happy meal box was soggy on the bottom. There was a beverage spilled inside of it but we didn’t get a drink, so it was someone else’s beverage. The nuggets had black specks all over them as if the oil needed to be changed. Unfortunately, this wasn’t our first poor experience at this location. I’d give it zero stars if I could."

"I don't do reviews at all, but I visited McDonald's on 2/9/23 and ordered my meal at the drive thru. When I got to the window to get my order, a young lady with a red shirt asked me to pull up because she had to wait for them to prepare my meal. Like it was my fault that I had to wait. I asked her if she was having a good day because her whole demeanor to me wasn't what it should be, considering it's customer service. She pleasantly stated she was just trying to get my order. Fast forward, I received my meal, and it wasn't what I expected, considering I had to wait on it. Forgot to take pic of the nasty greasy bag. But the sandwich was poorly put together. Don't think I've ever been this dissatisfied where I wanted to write a review."
