"We just sold a house to a couple who used Carolina One agent Patricia Cosgrove. We had several issues with her and we weren’t even her clients! She scheduled two walkthroughs, one the day before closing and then another one an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. During the second walkthrough, we were still loading the U-Haul and instead of just doing a quick walkthrough, Patricia and her client walked around separately and were making us feel more like it was an eviction rather than a family choosing to sell their house. She even made comments to her client right in front of my children. I finally had enough and asked her to leave. Instead of leaving, they stood by the driveway with smug looks on their faces. She acted very unprofessionally by trying to push us out of a house that we hadn’t even closed on yet. I have previously closed on two houses and this was the worst experience due to the buyers’ agent. I have worked with another Carolina One agent before and it was a great experience. I cannot believe that this agency allows a woman who behaves like this to work for them."
