"I would have given only one star but they have handled all the tenant complaints effeicently. Contact with them is impossible, however. I mistakenly chose this company to be my property managers. Huge mistake. I haven't heard from MY (i.e. you work for me) property manager since the day I turned over custody. Lina Floding is completely unreachable by phone. Email would be nice, however the company either cannot or will not update my email address after saving it incorrectly. For 10 percent of my yearly rental income I expect better service. I will be leaving this company as soon as possible. Stay away from their property management. Fair warning."

"Evil Company with hateful old rude Employees. I would give -100 stars if I could. Application process for Commercial lease is unrealistic. I was turned down with 800 FICO. The people in the office that process the application are rude hateful and could care less about Customers. Avoid this group at all costs. They are a big Company that is arrogant and treat people poorly. Agent and an Office Worker told me to just have my Wife apply. After she did she received an email saying that she was denied because I was denied. You are just a number to them. Their properties sit vacant for years because of unrealistic applications."

"Waste of money when it comes to property management. Difficult to contact, they don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. The people in charge change hands repeatedly, making it difficult to get straight answers. Their contracted maintenance people take forever to complete repairs and then they don’t contact owners to notify them of the repairs that have been completed. The assistant “current” property manager Jenna is rude and doesn’t have the owners best interests, but coaches tenants on grey areas of the landlord/tenants rights. Never mind your 10% management fee on the rent that is paid out of your rental income. For what is provided, you could probably do a better job on your own. If I could give less than one star I would."

"My boyfriend is renting a home through agent owned. His ac has broken 3 times since having the house, over only an eight month time span. Each time it has broken, the communication taken to repair the unit has been awful. This last time, it broke on a Wednesday. It's been over a week and is still broken. Keep in mind, it is summer in South Carolina and 90 degrees outside. He's called every day since it breaking and agent owned keeps telling him they are talking to the home owner. They haven't offered any rent reductions or any kind of compensation for the time length it's taken to repair the unit. Terrible communication."
