"Had a 9:30am appointment, they kept my truck allllll day then i finally had to call and they told me that they didn’t have the tires i had them order that i was assured would be there then they had it all day the following day as well. Then the day after that i double checked their work, broken wheel stud on front passenger. Cross-threaded wheel lug on front driver, 2 loose wheel lugs on BOTH rear wheels. All for just under $3K. Amazing work. -10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"Honest, I have to give this shop this. The service writer was honest. After a few tries to figure out what the problem is, he said we might want to take the car to a dealership. Instead of using the parts cannon and racking up labor hours, this shop was honest and said what would be best for us, the customer. Not many shops will do that. The manager did everything respectfully and made sure the issues we had were addressed to the best of the abilities of the mechanics that were trying to figure out the issue."
