"My vehicle was towed to this shop the first of November. I was told that they would take about a month to get it in to diagnose the issue, however; we are now two months in. I stopped by last week to speak to the “owner’s son” and asked him about an update on the vehicle. He stated that he started the engine, heard a noise and needed to diagnose the vehicle more. I asked him then for an estimate and he told me that he did not know and would have to get back to me. A week later, I get a call stating that they do not know what is wrong with my vehicle. The representative stated that it would cost $780.00 to attempt to diagnose the issue and that does not guarantee that they will find out what the issue is along with correcting the problem. I then stated to the representative that this is a little excessive and that I declined the services. I was then informed that I would be charged $75.00 for diagnostics. I asked what diagnostics when you just stated that you don’t know what’s going on and the only thing that was done was starting the vehicle. I was told that this is the fee for me to get my vehicle back. I paid the fee and had my vehicle immediately removed from the shop’s property. Here is the kicker…..I purposely disconnected the battery ground wire from the vehicle so it would not kill the battery. When I inspected my vehicle prior to removing it from the shop’s grounds, I saw that the wire was exactly like I left it so that tells me that the vehicle was never started. It’s one thing to charge more than the dealership, its another thing to not be truthful about services that you performed. My warning to all is to be careful with whom you allow to repair your investments."

"I have to say, they got me in last minute for a transmission fluid and filter change, which I greatly appreciated, but they charged me an exorbitant price to do it. I ended up paying $400 (dickered down from $450 they wanted to charge me). They admitted the parts only cost them $150, but they charged $300 for labor. I was told by several people that was a completely unreasonable price and I was taken advantage of. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because they actually accomplished the job. UPDATE: The owner is right, I could have and should have gotten an estimate before I put the truck in their shop. And had I done so, I would have probably passed on their services. Other mechanics have told me the job should have been $250. They did good work, and they were very generous in getting me in that day, so I’m not advising anyone against using their services—just get an estimate first."

"I have gone here multiple times for various issues and each time they have been wonderful to deal with. I recently brought in my daughter's first car due to the engine overheating and couldn't be anymore satisfied with the outcome. It did end up being an expensive fix but they worked with me and explained in detail the issues the vehicle was having and what was required to fix it. Even though the vehicle required multiple parts to be replaced they were able to get it done quickly. On top of that, the repairs were costly but I know they could've been much more had I gone somewhere else and really appreciated that they showed me every piece that was replaced as well as the work performed. Good mechanics are hard to come by, especially honest ones, so I am grateful for everything that they did. If you're ever in need of some car work, I definitely suggest you reach out to them. They've become my go to for any car issues and I don't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else."

"This has to be the best auto mechanic shop in S.C....I live 110 miles away and had my vehicle towed to this shop. My cousin referred me to use them because of the 5star rating. I had a motor replacement done and needless to say everything is running smoothly... and I drove it back home. The honesty dealing with this shop was unbelievable...if your in this area or not try them out.....you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Again..."
