"Great location in a fabulous vacation spot. Our condo was directly across from the pool which was super. The condo was ok in spite of being advertised as recently remodeled."
"These villas are very big, and ours even came with Monopoly and Sorry! It was very clean and homey, and there was easy access to the pool and the beach. We were also very close to some of the nature trails and biking trails. Our villa and 3 beds and 2 bathrooms! I do have a couple complaints. First, when on the website it said that there was a view of the golf course, but when I looked out the window I saw the parking lot. Also, it said on the website that the tennis courts came with the amenity cards, but in fact you had to pay. My biggest complaint, though, is the fact that they were doing major renovations during my kids’ school break, when most people were coming here. There was an earsplitting noise all day! When we got our bikes out, they were covered with dust."
"Amazing views, closest to the pool and walkable beach entrance. Could use some newer pool towels but didn't bother me since I was in the pool most the time. Cabanas and chairs remind me more of the Caribbean than the states so it was nice to pretend for a little bit! Lots of bikers and does take a good ten minutes to drive 25 all the way back to the gate so plan for that. If checking out Saturday, get a luggage cart early, they're hard to come by when everyone else is trying to leave too. Friendly staff, amazing views. Small second bedroom and strange sitting area that is sort of awkward and mostly unused besides to read on a rainy day."
"It was comfortable and made you feel out home and had an awesome beach club and awesome beds and pet friendly and a nice back patio and had close beach access"
"Atrium Villas are situated nicely on Seabrook Island, with (only) a road separating the condos from the resort's pool, beach shoppes including a restaurant or two, the golf clubhouse, and the beach. The 3BR 3B condo we had had all the prerequisite amenities and a modern feel to the kitchen and bathrooms, along with some nice extras (large screened in porch with lots of comfy seating/tables). The resort staff was about average, mostly friendly and helpful in dealing with both year-round residents and a weekly influx of visitors. One item of note - best to make dinner plans early and see about reservations (esp. Sat./Sun.) as there are only so many restaurants at the resort."
