"WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO VISIT"
"A wonderful place to stay if you like nature, fishing, biking, bird watching. When you come to the property you will turn off Edisto's only two lane road hwy 174, head down on one mile of paved road and then one mile of dirt road. Along the dirt road there are only four houses with driveways off the road and hundreds of acres of land that have been put under conservation easement. You will see all kinds of birds and marine wildlife. In season you will see wood storks, crains, brown pelicans, hawks, wood peckers and countless other birds. The owners keep the grass around the house cut short so there are not a lot of bugs which is appreciated by this northerner. They provide a golf cart, trampoline, zip line, crab traps and deep water dock. We did drive down to the beach but often find ourselves just swimming off the dock and biking down the road. A wonderful place to stay!"
