"I am supposed to receive a shipping intracabada the sender provided me the receipt and the label under my name and address but it doesn't show in FedEx tracking when I called them they did not find the order and I am sure that it was send from the receipt and the label"

"After being told it will arrive tomorrow, 4 days in a row. I waited 5 hours today and they did not show up! All this after they lied about an attempted delivery on Saturday. What is the problem with your location, drivers, management? Absolutely worst in the business and it will reflect when I contact the shippers I deal with and tell them UPS or USPS."

"Why this FedEx can't find my address but UPS and USPS can no problem is beyond me. I've never had this many issues with FedEx anywhere else in the country. I had the absolute displeasure of speaking to Daniel who blamed ME for their driver not being able to find my correct address. This has happened with nearly every single FedEx package for over year. Fix your system and don't blame customers for your incomplete. This seems to be a recurring issue with this Buffalo location."

"Drove right past my place and put delivery exception. They've put packages in snow that are cold sensitive. They've hidden packages in the most random places. While I've had good and bad with experiences with most shipping companies, it's been mostly bad with Fedex since the one lady retired. There's no care in their customer service."
