The dispatch staff has done nothing but go out of there way to make sure I have everything I need to do my job right. They are an amazing group of people. And the owners Chris and pat have never asked me to do anything they wouldn’t do them selfs. I’ve never got anything negative from anyone in this company. I really plan on retiring with Daim. "It was an alright company pay is good. Miles where alright. But to get the good money you have to drive very hard you don't get showers in at all umtill you get home. You don't have time to stop to go to the bathroom. Nore hardly any time to eat but eat on the run. You work on ur 30 manitory break. And they will try to tell you how to run the log book. And when to shut down n when to run and tell you that you need to do the 8 n 2 split. The hr needs alot of work he likes to swear n call you every name in the book. And when it's there fault they will try n pin it on the driver n not them. The 2 owner are nice and the mechanics are very nice. The one thing I can say is when the trk breaks down they will get you a loner trk to keep running. And the planning sucks n the appointment times are very tight. They can t keep drivers they come in as fast as they go out. The average time that drivers stay is between week 1 to 3 to 4 months n they are gone. You don't get fuel bonus. And when ur late even though you got the load late they try to put it on you. Even though you where help up somewhere."
