"So I know little to nothing about sending packages, I was hoping once I got here with my packages I would be able to get some guidance on what I needed to do to send them. Well I enter through the door and I tell them that I need shipping labels, the lady behind the desk was extremely rude and treated me as though I was stupid, when all I needed was to be told "we don't print shipping labels here but here's what you can do instead" and she made it very clear that I had the wrong boxes and told me I need domesticated boxes which, and I will elaborate, I know very little about shipping anything as it is as I do not use the postal service often and had never needed to before, so safe to say I didn't know the difference between the boxes I had in my hand and the boxes that were at the store. I was so flustered and embarrassed because I didn't know what I was needing to do and this lady was treating me so poorly for walking through the door. I just wanted to send some Christmas gifts to my friends. I will never be coming into this post office again after the embarrassment I felt being berated by the lady behind the desk and would advise others to go elsewhere."
