"Had an important and expensive package delivered to the wrong house. Went to the post office to ask about my package and got told it was delivered on the porch inside the door. Not possible since I lock my door from the inside. I was able to track down the package myself on a different street. Found out from the people who had my package that mail mix ups like this happen frequently between our two streets. Attention to detail would prevent things like this from happening."

"I've been waiting for a package that was ordered a month ago. The company shipped it DSL who for some reason transferred it to the postal service. Once it got in the hands of USPS it stalled. It sat in Ohio for 9 days, then Derby for a week. Derby said they transferred it to Delevan (my local post office) who doesn't have a clue where it is. The entire USPS dropped the ball. I'm supposed to trust them with my mail. UPS is now getting my business."

".Central to Delevan and a quick walk from most places in the area. In the lobby it had a copying machine that is rarely down and a recycling bin for the junk mail and mail that you quickly read and don't need to take home. The staff is friendly and efficient. I rarely have a wait here. It had boxes, envelopes, tape, and whatever else you need for shipping. Of note, the post office is next to the medical office for Olean General Hospital, so the parking lot is busy."
