"I bought their “handsome man” hose. They are junk. They don’t even last a year. They should be called “disposable hoses”. I called for a replacement but was 1 minute past their “year warranty” therefore was not reimbursed. Clearly they feel that their hoses are only supposed to last 1 year. If you’re looking for a 1 year hose, this it the hose for you- otherwise DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. I threw it in the garbage where it belongs."

"Ordered a Pur-Well product and it arrived with the box corner torn open and the blanket hanging out. Whenever I ordered Pur-Well from other vendors, they came in a nice zippered storage case. This blanket was tossed in a brown cardboard shipping box with not so much as a plastic bag around it and the carton had minimal tape to close the flaps, much less contain a 20-lb weighted blanket. When you call this company, you always get an answering machine. I left a message; but, am not hopeful based on these other reviews."

"Terrible company and products. Purchased a defective product from the Pur Well line they carry and tried to return the item. I opened the item I purchased and tried the product and found the bottle leaked and is poorly designed. When I inquired about returning the defective item they stated that it can’t be returned because it was used. There is no way to know if something is defective until you try it. Do not order any products from this company. They do not back the consumer ."

"I ordered 20 KN95 masks b/c of the pandemic situation. After receiving them 2 weeks beyond the initially started date for receipt, the first 6 masks were defective. One elastic on each mask immediately unattached when trying to place it around my ear. Customer service says only that they are sorry for my dissatisfaction and that there is no partial refund and no capacity to return item. While I understand the issue w/returning masks, I am appalled at lack of honesty of this company. Basically, what they have done is made an exorbitant profit ($5/mask) b/c of the need and have decided that if the product is defective, they are not responsible in any way. In this pandemic situation and people like myself who have been forced to go out of business, every penny counts. My recommendation to all is to not do business w/this company unless service and money are of little interest to you."

"kristie went way beyond what she had to fix mistake by my mail carrier in Kent wa who said they delivered my package to my mail box at my condo mAil station.The substitute carried lied about the delivery however Kristie sent me a new product which is very rare for a company to do. I appreciated her commitment to outstanding service"
