"Here’s the thing with Burlington. It is a hit or miss and you have to really search for the things that you want. I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday"

"Easily the worst Burlington in the Greater Rochester Area. The store is always a mess and the employees don’t care. Furthermore the employees lack any kind of customer service abilities."

"Poor management and or staffing. Lines are terribly long and though there are other workers in store no one is giving aid to the two lowly cashiers. If you’re in a rush do not shop here"

"I were in the Burlington and there were a very cashier manager. She was very inappropriate in front of the customers and the way she talk to me I name is Nicole she says you’re different in manager for the cashiers. I want to follow this up because she don’t need to be working with Customer Service. She don’t need to be working or find a job somewhere else. She was very rude. she need to be terminated immediately. If you look at your cameras, you can see how she talk to me and her name is Nicole. Several people talked about her attitude towards them before but I got it at first saying. Webster, New York, is the store you work in"

"I used to love coming to this (webster) location. But lately it's been disappointing to me. Clothes all over the floor, staff pass by and don't bother themselves picking up the merchandise off the floor. They advertise they close at 11:00 PM every night by 10:00 PM doors are closed! I asked a cashier why they are closing at 10:00 PM when on their website says 11:00 PM she had no answer for me and said she doesn't know sorry!!! Get rid of this management and I'll be calling the corporate office now. Will never shop here again!"
