"My mother who is in late stages of Alzheimer's and lives in keep home since Spring 2021. MX wanted to pick up their tank which was half full as nobody has lived on this property for over 2 years. Got a bill charging $162.00 to pick up tank. They took $100.75 off for the propane that was in it. It's their tank! Other company I have had for 3 years myself, said they can't charge for tank."

"Awful customer service, was put on hold for 20 minutes just for them to tell me to call back tomorrow. They put us on call in, when we were set to automatic delivery. They did this without telling us. Extremely slow, never show up on time or even remotely close to the time they give. I Don’t recommend this fuel company to anybody."

"Terrible and rude customer service. I call and ordered 100 gallons back in March. Gave them my debit card info to charge, they said they were having difficulty with their system and will charge my card as soon as they can. Driver showed up 2 days later when he's in my area. I asked him if payment was good. He said it is all good and paid. And here now in April harrassening my wife and I saying we owe them $400."
