"How hard is it to be kind? I have never had a phone conversation with someone so rude and inconsiderate. Hung up the phone on me because I mentioned I tried to get an Uber but there wasn’t any. To which the man on the phone said “well if we’re you’re second choice then you’re our second choice.” It’s free to be kind. It could have been easy cash to make, but instead you’re left with a bad review."

"Had a very hard time getting an Uber/Lyft from Tybee back to Savannah and was very relieved these guys picked up and were able to give me a ride! Tina was very patient as I had multiple problems getting my payment to work, too. Recommend giving them a call rather than relying on the apps!"

"Made me prepay $120 for trip to the airport said it would be at least 1/2 hour I canceled 5 minutes later said I would understand an inconvenience fee. Was told they will not refund any portion. Enjoy your money Harold you obviously need it t more than I do. When on Tybee make sure to have a plan to get off it. Uber doesn’t work always even with prebooked pickup"

"Rudest people I’ve ever encountered. We called asking if they could give us a ride to Savannah. The guy immediately said “We’re not interested in being your second choice. Keep trying Uber.” And then hung up on me. They lost a $40 fare and got this review instead. No wonder they are a second choice to Uber."
