Wragg Square

"Small park in downtown Charleston. Relaxing scenery but limited seating. Appears to be popular with the college students."

"Wragg Square is a pretty cool park in Charleston. There is plenty of open space to walk around stretch out. This area is quiet and there is plenty of opportunity find a picnic spot or place to sit on a bench. There is a well maintained garden here that is beautiful and well maintained. This is a good park that is hidden in plain site and it is much appreciated on the days I can get out there and enjoy it."

"It was around 11 p.m. when I took this picture. I thought it was beautiful, however; as I walked towards the trees I noticed that I wasn't alone. There were at least three individuals. They had sleeping bags and were very well covered up. I'm sure the police department is well aware of these individuals that are in need of shelter. So why do they let them sleep out in the cold?"

"It's a great park and one everyone should stop by and visit . Always something going on everytime I've been their and then ones running the events definitely know what they are doing."
