"Been a loyal patron of grainger nissan. I always take both my cars for service here at grainger nissan in gardens city. Great customer service and very accomodating staff. Best to have a scheduled appointment before coming here for hassle free transaction, however, they do accomodate walk in customers. Their service advisor are very knowlegeable and very thorough about what services your vehicle needs to keep it in good running condition. This place have a decent size waiting area with soda and snacks vending machines for costumers to enjoy while waiting for their cars being serviced. They also have a designated area for families with little kids and resrrooms as well. Free WIFI and a TV for people to entertain themselves. There is also a window from the waiting room that gives you a view of the service area so you can see your vehicle being serviced while you wait. This place is also a nissan dealership. They have an inventory of multiple vehicles, both brand new and used."
"Lost a lug on my wheel. They were all super nice and had me on my way within 10 minutes. Unlike the other location in SC witch is by appointment only and wouldn't see me for 8 hours"
"Excellent service Department! Employees make you feel welcome and take care of your vehicle. Nice waiting area."
"Do Not Absolutely DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here… Long post but you should read I took my vehicle in for a diagnostics, which they ended up telling me there was no problem yet I’m still having the same issue. I get back home and see a 10 inch scratch on my front bumper. I call them and ask for them to review the cameras and send me a photo of when I pick my car up that there isn’t a scratch. They reply back with a grainy picture saying there was no issue. Luckily I had them wash my car when I went to pick it up and they drove it into the service bay and I knew my exact time of pick up so I asked for a photo inside the bay of my car at the time I picked it up. They called me back and said that yes my car had gotten scratched. They told me that I had signed paperwork saying they weren’t responsible for any damages but that they would fix it nevertheless. I took my car back to get the scratched fixed and an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car they gave me a service suggestion paperwork that noted I should partially drain my coolant fluid. I get home and go to check my coolant and I notice they didn’t put my reservoir cap back on. I called them and they tried to tell me they don’t check the fluid but there’s a visible dust layer and place where there isn’t dust where the cap use to be. So all in all, they didn’t fix the original issue I went for, they scratched my car, and then they forgot to put my reservoir cap back on. Never going back."
"Grainger treated us great. The salesman was young but very knowledgeable and well informed. He assisted us until the very end of our transaction. The financial management team was awesome. They were very helpful and not too pushy. Although we did not finance through them they were respectful of our decisions. Thanks a bunch guys and gals. I would recommend them for the purchase of a new Nissan."
