"EDIT: He has been to you all before not only for a oil change but also for work done on his car with a part not purchased from you all as he's told me. So its not a lie but say as you will. I guess now that they are short staffed they are changing up what they say. Before I've heard good things and wanted to try them out and heard that would put parts on your car of you had it, of course they said that if wouldn't be under warranty since its not a supplied part by them but would still do it, which would lower the cost. I called about 2 weeks ago to confirm what I was hearing from word of mouth was accurate and sure enough that what's he said. But I decided to call to make sure they would be open because I heard they were a small business and sometimes short staff so i was being courteous and I asked again and was given a totally different response...so he said no they won't put on store bought parts but I'm sure it was the older gentleman I spoke with the first time, but they wouldn't do it and was like you can't blame us if something goes wrong cause you bought the damn part. So I'll try to find another mechanic I was really hoping to give them a try but never mind. I can understand not wanting to do that where the customer purchases the part but at the same time don't say one thing then go back on what you said and get aggressive when I'm just stating back what was previously said on the phone."

"We told the garage to not do anything else after diagnosing the problem so our bill should have been $45. We found a different garage that took the financing from SNAP finance that we needed to use for the repairs. Went back to the garage and they had already taken the old part off the car so we had to pay 3 times what we were prepared to pay because they didn't LISTEN when we asked them to not do anything else. An already bad vacation from PA made worse."

"Where do I start.. I moved here 4 years ago, took my car in for an oil change… I’ve never been charged more than $60 for an oil change and he somehow came up with well over $100. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM told him I got off work at three and he said no problem. I had a coworker drop me off at 3 and I asked him how much longer and his response “well we close at 5:30 so not longer than that” OUTRAGEOUS!! Have a pickup that has been there for services and mechanic work, noticed the vehicle was not running any better nor were dash lights going off after leaving his care. Recently took it to a new mechanic just to be told parts he said he replaced never actually got replace so I’m going to have to pay again for work that should have already been done. Would not waste your time or hard earned money at this shop."
