"Rude and cold and bad attitude, no heart and no sympathy. They get good business because they locate in hospital and many patients go get meds from them so they don’t care. Switch to local pharmacy or have meds deliver to home service is way better."

"I’ve been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years. Since yesterday I’ve been trying to reach the Vivo pharmacy in LIJ and no one was answering. I waited about 3 minutes each time and no one picked up. Today I finally chose the prescribers option and someone answered. I asked her if there was an issue with the main line she rudely replied that there’s nothing wrong and the phones are working fine. I replied okay and stated that I was only asking because it took me choosing the prescribers line to get through and she said “well you have to be willing to wait.” Then laughed. I went to continue talking and she said “please hold.” And placed me on hold. She came back twice more and did the same thing. Finally she said “please hold” and the pharmacist Andrea picked up. As a nurse and a consumer, I’ve never been treated in such a blatantly disrespectful manner. She treated me as if I was calling a toy store for information and not a pharmacy for potentially life-saving medication."
