"I made my Covid vaccine appointments here since they were allowing a far advance booking online. My nurse, Leanne, who administered both vaccines was very friendly and extremely thorough. After my first vaccine appointment, Kevin, the owner of the pharmacy, was calling me that my insurance was inactive. I informed him that I checked my insurance online and that there were no issues. Instead of him calling the insurance to resolve the issue since MP Drugs charges the insurance to administer the vaccine, he kept insisting that I call and ask why MP Drugs couldn’t bill my insurance. The representative from my insurance called the pharmacy, resolved the issue, and got Kevin off my back."
