"I made an appointment here for COVID vaccine 2 weeks ago. The store confirmed the appointment and scheduled it for a day two weeks ahead. My family took time off work, school and made plans around it only to know the day of, the store does not even have the vaccine. They did not bother to call and cancel the appointment, or move it to a later date. They did not bother to apologize when I called to reconfirm the appointment for later today. In fact, the lady on the phone was rude, snarky, and snapped at me when I asked why I was not called and made aware of the cancellation and hung up on my face. Terrible customer service and horrible behavior."
